I played ball against Bill and with him, he was always calm and in control, even when he got mad at the umpires....he would argue with them and give them a little smile at the end of his argument. He was one of the best men I have ever met. He would help anybody, He helped me get my Business started. He will be missed by more people than you could image. Pull one down the line Bill Manley !
