Dorothy's was a breath of fresh air. Her smile was conniving and contagious. So very glad I had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful lady.

Warm and gracious are understatements when referring to Dorothy. So much of our early married life centered around wonderful times at the Thorbeck farm-including an outstanding groom's dinner the night before our wedding. She was ever ready with a smile and a hug - and tremendous food! We will always treasure our memories of her.

Dorothy was my dear friend for quite a few years, coming to Scottsdale in the fall and returning to Gonvick each spring. I have so many memories of happy days together it is hard for me to believe I will not see her again, at least for a while.
