Asinger Mildred Louise, age 91, of Mpls and Cedar Falls, IA, passed away peacefully Feb. 16, 2003 with her sons at her side. Preceded in death by parents, Matilda & Benjamin Koch, husband, John E. Asinger and sister, Bernice Koch. Survived by sons, John E. Asinger Jr. (Lynn), Richard W. Asinger (Susan); grandsons, John E. Asinger III (Jean), Rev. Robert William Asinger (Barbara), David A. Asinger (Krista), and Robert Wayne Asinger (Li sa)great -grandaughters, Emily and Sarah Asinger; Kate and Colleen Corliss and great-grandson, William A. Asinger. Mildred was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was totally dedicated to her family and will be dearly missed. Memorial service at the chapel of the Augustana Home, 1007 E. 14th St., Mpls, at 6PM on Wed., Feb.19. Memorials pref to Geriatric Medicine Research Fund #3177, Mpls Medical Research Foundation or American Heart Assn.
