Zada was a rare, unique person. She seemed to have every admirable quality one could want in a friend or neighbor. She was both to our family. Zada quietly impressed many people in her life and i was once of them. Adversity didn't faze her. She rose to every occasion. She was simply an excellent person. It was a real priviledge to know her.

I finally met cousin Zada at her Spring Grove home many years ago. We spent a wonderful day together. She was one of the most gracious ladies I have ever known. Then I met Paul and Joan in Texas and we became good friends and cousins. What a beautiful family. God bless you, Zada.

Our family became aquaintanced with Zada Koblas at a little party in her daughter Keren's house. It was in Eugene, Oregon, almost ten years ago. There we learned that Zada was the mother of six children. We were delighted with her. She was older of any of us but radiated a youthful energy. She was a significant woman, and we remember her exactly. Such a person we will never forget.
Our deep condolences to all her children and their families. She will be in our memory forever.
With love from all our family,

Deb Ringham

I have never known anyone like her! She was the most forgiving, generous, kind, intelligent, and humorous person I have ever known. I will never forget her.

Mrs. Koblas was the teacher who I remember as being the person who finally taught me grammar. She showed us how to "diagram" sentences and grammar finally made sense. What a jewel she was!
