I was sorry to hear of the death of Stan. My husband and I grew up in Cosmos and knew Stan's family (Mom and Dad and brothers) well. I remember him to be lots of fun. We live in Seattle and see the Koch trucks often. God's Blessings.

To the Koch family, I have been serving you and your family,in the twin cities for years, and Stan and the boys came in the evening of Mazie's passing, he shared with me how he was going to miss her dearly, yet God saw her getting tired and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around her and he whispered come with me. His heart was truly broken yet relief of knowing she was not to suffer. He was proud to speak of how he felt that all his boys were around him that night to comfort him and remember the love he and her once shared of the beauty of their family. I will always cherish that moment in time and may he find his way home into her arms again.
My love and prayers go out to you and your families. May the Koch boys welcome the love that was one shared by two beautiful people and feel the comfort of their peace. All my sympathy.

I was very sad to hear of Stan's passing. My mother, Ione Roland Albertson, was a dear friend of Mazie's and through her, got to know Stan. I remember several years ago when Stan and Mazie came to Massachusetts and I finally got to meet these wonderful people that my mom raved about. Wow, she was right on the mark! Stan and Mazie were all that my mom said and more and I am so thankful that I had the great opportunity to meet them both.

I am sorry for your loss and I know that Stan, like your mother, will be missed.

God bless.

Koch Family -

We are very sad to hear of Stan's passing. Stan and Mazie were amazing people; great friends, neighbors, and like grandparents to our kids. We will always cherrish watching Stan give the kids rides on the golf cart, endless activites at the Koch home, food/drink and lively talk by the pool. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

It was an honor knowing your father.
Although it was only a few times that I spoke with him, he was most kind and enjoyable to speak with.
I am truely sorry for your loss but know that he has gone to a most wonderful new life.

Jim, Dave, Randy and Connie;

Stan was always one of the business associates that I most respected. He was a straight shooter who told you how it was and stuck to it---his word was always golden. Although I have been out of the 'loop' for a number of years, I still remember the big cowboy hat, the laugh, the sparkle in his eyes and the terrific sense of humor. My sympathies to each of you.

He was tall and had a robust voice you knew when he entered the room, deep down he was a teady bear and shed big tears over things that he really cared about Mazie, his children and Grandchildren

To the Koch Family:

We met your parents several years ago while betting on the greyhound dog races. Stan was quite the character. He would always have a smile on his face and give everyone a hard time. We saw him and Jane the day before they left Sun City West for the last time and said our goodbyes, not knowing that it would be our final goodbye. We will miss him. Please know he's in a better place and with your Mom.

I was saddened to hear of the death of Stan. I worked at Gethsemane for many years as financial secretary, when Stan was the treasurer of the congregation. I remember many laughs and good times. We would even share stories about Cosmos, as I grew up in Stewart and had relatives in Cosmos. Stan was a faithful and dedicated member of Gethsemane Church. I know you will miss him.
