We are both in a place we didn't pick. I am here for you as your friend during your grief journey. I didn't know Joe, however I know he was one of the "good guys".

Joyce and family...
I just learned from Dave Myhre and Sharon Gardner that we had lost Joe. I had the privilege of working with him for many years -- up until my retirement in 2005. He was always on top of the world -- and he brightened many a day. We will always remember him. Please accept our condolences, and our prayers.

Tracy,
I am so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. My sister informed me yesterday. It is so hard losing a father. From someone who's been there themselves, please remember that they never truly are gone. I hope and pray that you find peace in this time of sorrow.
Lots of love,

To the Katlack family-
There is not much we can say that has not already been said about Papa Joe.
We just want you to know that our time with Papa Joe will remain forever strong in our minds. We can not recall a more avid supporter of kids and their efforts to achieve their goals than Joe...he was at every Park Center event supporting kids, whether or not HIS child was participating or not. He supported kids, and in our mind it shows the kind and generous heart this man had. We got a glimpse of that every time the man would smile!
Stay strong and do what Joe would want you to do- Support each other.
Our deepest condolences go out to all of you.

Dear Joyce, Brian and Katlack family,
You have been in our thoughts and prayers the past months and will continue to be in the months ahead. Joyce, we have such fond memories of our Saturdays at the UWRF football games watching our boys with you and Joe.
He was such a kind man and made us laugh more than once. It was much to soon for him to go.

This must be so hard. Joe was just too young and so alive. He made the work environment interesting as he always had a story and made you remember the facts. I worked with Joe @ Marsh and really enjoyed his work ethics and devotion. Take care - he is leaving a large void.
