Dear Louise,
I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, Peter. Circumstances in my family prevented me from attending the funeral. I really wanted to see you, but was not able to do so. You were in my thoughts and prayers. I have read the obituary on the page of the funeral home, and was moved by your husband's life, faith, and pursuit of the Biblical languages. May God encourage you daily as you and the children continue your walk of faith.

Ted and I are deeply saddened by Peter's sudden death. We remember him with much joy. Oh happy days in the boy scouts!!!!!! The memories are sweet. May the LORD be your everlasting comfort.
