HALLE, Anna Mary Anna Mary Halle, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Falcon Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hutto, Texas. Anna was 96 years of age. Anna was born on April 8, 1922 in Staten Island, New York to the late Francis Kocsis and Elizabeth (Vargo) Kocsis. She married Richard (Dick) John Halle in 1946. Anna and Dick continued to live in Staten Island while raising their family of three children before deciding to move to Austin, Texas in 1969. Anna was a homemaker as well as working outside the home in many various positions over the years. She was a loving and devoted individual who can be remembered for her strength, determination, hard work and love of her family. She loved to travel by car with family to the beaches in Texas and back home to Staten Island. She also enjoyed her word search puzzles and game shows which kept her mentally sharp and engaged until the end. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dick, her daughter Annmarie and son Richard Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Patty Shelton and her husband Sidney of Pflugerville, Texas; son-in-law Emil Niemann; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren as well as many extended family members and close friends. A Graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery with Funeral Celebrant Joseph R. Dilleree officiating.
