CONNELLY, Judith Dale Judith Dale Connelly, 83, of Paige, Texas died peacefully in her sleep on July 6, after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Judith was a founding member of the Central Texas Arabian Horse Association. After completing her apprenticeship with Walter" Chappy" Chapman and Carol Chapman of New Braunfels, Judith began training and showing horses from her stable on Slaughter Creek in South Austin. In 1984 she moved her horse operation to Bastrop Farms in Paige, which she ran with her daughter Carol. Judith was also a facilitator of a dynamic spiritual group and a director of the Optimum Health Institute of Austin. She is survived by her daughters Carol Bandy and Catharine "Trinka" Withers and son Jim Connelly and their spouses, Dean Bandy, Jack Withers, and Melissa Connelly, granddaughter Marilyn Connelly, sister Nashoma Carlson, and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at Bastrop Farms, 131 Cardinal Drive, Paige on August 11 from 4-7p.m. with tribute at 6 p.m.
