Lois Annette Anastasi
Lois Annette Anastasi, 81 years old, passed away quietly with her family by her side Sunday, April 11, 2021, in Seton Hospital Austin, TX. Annette as she was most fondly known was born June 17, 1939, to Harlon Alexander and Edna Mae Copeland in Comfort, TX.
Spending time with her grandchildren brought her so much joy. She loved to travel with them, attend their school and dance events, go on outings, and lots of birthday parties!!! She made every get together fun. Her laugh was infectious, and she had a mischievous sense of humor.
Annette was predeceased by her parents, husband Richard, dear friend Charlotte, sister Dolores Dennis, brothers Harlon Alexander (H.A.) Copeland Jr and Glenn Royce Copeland. As well as by her stepdaughters Karen Lewis and Rebecca Anastasi.
Annette is survived by daughters Vicky Constancio, Jackie May and her husband Bobby, son Russell Anastasi and his wife Hang. Also survived by stepdaughters Debby Curcoe and husband Larry, Shelly Menke and husband David Peters, stepsons Rick Anastasi and wife Laura, Jeff Anastasi and wife Freddie. She is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her final wishes were to be cremated and interred with her beloved husband Richard in San Antonio. Arrangements were carried out by Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, TX. The family would like to express our thanks to the compassionate care given by Shannon and Kelsey at Cook-Walden in our time of grief.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 17 at 2:00pm at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital for Children.
