WALKER, Tommy Tommy Walker, Of Austin Texas died on Saturday 29, 2018 in his home he was 65 years of age. Born in Jefferson City MO in 1953 but soon got to Texas and was a true Texan at heart living in the Austin area for the last 60 years. Tommy attended Austin Regan high school and then Joined the US Army after that he had a number of Jobs In the Austin area working many years at Manor Downs, Fresh Plus Grocery and Whole Foods, on top of providing his sports knowledge and unwavering support for the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys to all that would listen. Tommy is survived by his current wife Donna Treece, his children Thomas and wife Stephine Walker and their sons Van and Jet , Valerie Walker and daughter Olive, Natalie Walker and her sons Jayden and Devyn, his ex-wife Sandy Harris also his Parents Virgil and Carolyn Walker, His Brother Billy Walker and wife Katrina Walker of liberty Hill TX and brother Mike Walker of Manor TX . The family wants to thank Tommy's wife Donna Treece for all the loving care she provided to Tommy in the long fight with cancer and to all of Tommy's friends and family that have helped with their time and money, with special thanks to Kenny Kirk, Payton Walker, Presley and Will Turner and the entire Turner family , the Long family and Walter and Cindy Chase and so many more, and to Angela Meade for reaching out and being so understanding in this difficult time. Tommy's wife Donna Treece and his children will host A Celebration of Tommy's Life event Sunday 01/13/2019 at Boomerz Neighborhood Dive Bar at 6148 west Hwy US-290 in Austin from 1 pm to 4 pm, please come and share a memory. A memorial service will be held at the North location of All Faiths Funeral home at a later date. Tommy Hawk has left this earthly plane and is now soaring Fly high brother.
