Mr. Kramer was my 4th grade teacher and was an awesome teacher. He was such a kind person. The Kramer's were also my neighbors while I was growing up. He and Marjorie were wonderful nice neighbors. My love and condolences go out to the Kramer family.

I met Ted and Marjorie when they first moved to th North Basin area. I soon found out that I could talk to them about anything. With children in the Colville school district they made it easy for us to keep track of what was going on. They were neighbors of my in-laws and were constantly doing things for them. Both Ted and Marjorie were true friends to all that knew them. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed by hundreds of people whose lives he touched.
