Mr. Shelton was my 6th band teacher and also substituted many times in my middle school and high school band classes. I remember him as a gentle man who truly enjoyed teaching band. He always had time to give to his students. To his family, thank you for sharing him with the Keizer community. May God hold you in the palm of him hand as you walk through this sad time. You will be in my prayers.
