Keizer - Tamela Lynn Malby, 60, of Keizer, Oregon, passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2018, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, after battling cancer for over 9 years. Tammy was born in Salem, Oregon on November 2, 1958. Tamela Faulkner graduated from North Salem High School in 1976 and received her Beautician license from Phagans School of Hair Design. Tammy married Dana Robert Malby on June 6, 1981 and was happily married for over 37 years.

Tammy had a career as a hairdresser while also volunteering for the Salem-Keizer Public School District where she was later employed as an Instructional Assistant, working at Middle Grove Elementary and Claggett Creek Middle School. Tammy also volunteered for the Master Food Preserver Program with OSU Extension Services and had a passion for food preservation, sewing, quilt making and many other arts and crafts. Tammy enjoyed spending time with family, grandkids and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Dana Malby, children Sarah (Peter) Brod and Andrew (Felicia) Malby, grandchildren Craig, Fionna and Benjamin Brod and Asher Malby, mother Irene Faulkner, brother Kelly Faulkner and sister Heidi McCalister.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at 2pm on December 1, 2018, at Belcrest Memorial Park.
