Dear Mrs Paine
I have been out of town and just discovered late today of Larry's passing. Larry was a special and wonderful man . His quiet dignity and kindness were very unique in this world . I will never forget the day when he came in my office with a picture
of him standing near my dad in a ROTC squadron at RPI in Troy New York. Dad was the commander of the squadron . I had just met Larry the day before and as my dad had passed away just a few years earlier it was wonderful to here Larry talk of dad. Please know he was a special man to many and will be missed deeply.
