Joel Francis Masters, 81, passed away at his home February 3, 2018. A native of Elkton, he was born in the East Coast Hospital to Winford and Helen Masters. Masters, and Kim Harvel, brothers: Patrick (Glenda) Masters, and Gerald (Sally) Masters ( he was predeceased by his brother: Daniel Masters), sisters: Mary Ellen(Larry) Masters, and Sylvia (Kenneth) Johns, grandchildren: Ashley Daniels, Rachel (Patrick) Brewster, Taylor Harvel, Joel, Seth, Kimberly, and several great-grandchildren.
