James Joseph KACZMAREK

KACZMAREK, James Joseph Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2018 at St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Genny Chmielewska and father of Karl Kaczmarek. Beloved brother of Edward (Lenora) of McKerrow, Ontario. Tom and Huguette of Welland and his younger brother Albert (deceased). James was born in Noranda, Quebec. James worked at General Motors for 35 years. He was a Life Member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 24 (15 George St.) St. Catharines. He was the Past President of RCR in the Niagara Peninsula for 15 years. He will be fondly missed by his family and his nephews and nieces and cousins who live in Canada, Poland, Australia and Germany. The family will receive friends at the BUTLER FUNERAL HOME, Niagara Street Chapel, 424 Niagara Street, St. Catharines. Visitation on Monday 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral Service in the Butler Chapel Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. A special thanks to all the Staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital and Niagara Garden Nursing Home. Memorial donations made to the charity of the donor's choice.
