It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Saturday, March 6, 2021 in her 94th year. Beloved mother of Denis and Stephen (Debbie). Loving Nannie of Andrew (Nadia) Coppard, Carrie Ann (Chris Csordas) and the late Heather and Catharine Coppard. Special great-grandmother of Dylan, Lucas, Andie and Robbie. Gladys was predeceased by her husband, Ronald, brother, Jim, sisters: Doreen and Joyce, along with her parents, Agnes and Charlie Gilbert. Auntie Glad will be fondly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Gladys worked for many years as a seamstress at the Roseanne Shop and was a member of the Rebekah Lodge. In honouring Gladys' wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to Voice (for hearing impaired children - www.voicefordeafkids.com) would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 26 Nihan Drive, St. Catharines (between Lake Street & Scott Street), 289-362-1144. Online condolences may be made at CCBSCares.ca
