- Passed away peacefully, after a valiant battle with COVID-19, at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of 50 years to Peggy (nee Atkinson) and loving father of Heather Hallam, Colleen Hallam. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Theresa Hallam, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Doris Hallam, brother Barry Hallam, sister Joan (Graydon) Thorpe. Cremation has taken place. Bill and Peggy were model residents here at Black Creek Leisure Homes in Stevensville. We missed them when they moved to St. Catharines and are saddened by the news of Bills passing. Bonnie and I offer our deepest condolences to Peggy and the family. Wishing a speedy recovery to Peggy as well.
