James Cloar Obituary

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - James Calvin Cloar, 62, Kansas City, formerly St. Joseph, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006, at his home.
James was born July 28, 1944, in St. Joseph. He attended North Kansas City High School in North Kansas City, Mo.
Mr. Cloar was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving from 1962 to 1966. James worked as a hydro meteorology technician for the National Weather Service for 33 years before retiring in 2000.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Page; sister, Sharon McQueen; and stepfather, Ralph Page.
Survivors include numerous cousins and several close friends.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel, St. Joseph. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
