Guignon, John E. Jr. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. Beloved husband of Sally Guignon (nee Coleman); dear father of John (Amy) Guignon, III, Scott (Gena) Guignon, Mimi (Kevin) O'Brien, and Laura Guignon; dear grandfather of Cole, Meg, Jane, Hope, Jack, Tess, Molly, Maggie, Annie and Lucy; dear brother of Tom (Emily) Guignon, Joe (Maureen) Guignon, Bill (Mary Jean) Guignon, Mark (Jeanette Oesterly) Guignon, Suzi (Bill) McAvoy, Mike (Patty) Guignon, Nancy Bell, and Andy (Lissa) Guignon; dear brother-inlaw of Carol Rotter; dear uncle, cousin, nephew, and friend to many. John was a loving father, brother, and friend. Most of all, he was a devoted husband of 45 years to Sally. He found joy in his family, grandchildren, and his Catholic Faith. John's smile and enthusiasm for life will be dearly missed by all of us. Services: Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011 at Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic Church, 401 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday July 8, 2011, 4-8 p.m. at BOPP Chapel, 10610 Manchester Road in Kirkwood. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Jesuit Seminary Association ( 4511 West Pine Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108) or Our Lady of Pillar (401 S. Lindbergh, St. Louis, MO 63131).
