Eaton, Joyce Ann Eaton,Joyce Ann 72, died peacefully in the loving care of her family on May 30, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, David, mother, Ida Mae Davis and foster brother, Michael Flowers. She is survived by her son, Anthony Eaton, MD (Maria); granddaughters Mia, Emma Joyce, and Sofia; father, Clarence, Sr. (Jacquie); brothers, Clarence, Jr. and Cornelius (Christine); sister, Linda Archer (Carl); sister-in-law, Shirley; brothers-in law, Edward, Tim (Pam), Mark (Juleous); great aunt, Evelyn (Wiley) Whitfield; aunts, Louise Guy (Hue) and Jeanette Whitfield; uncle, Virvus Jones, and a wonderfully large host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Joyce's 47 year career in education with the St. Louis Public and Clayton School Districts spanned working as an elementary classroom teacher, administrator and mathematics curriculum developer. In her retirement, Joyce was the owner and Millennial Tutoring Academy for students in grades K-12. Services: Saturday June 16, 2018 at 10:30am. St. John's United Church of Christ, 4136 N. Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63107. Interment: St. Peter's Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the church and contributions to the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation in memory of Joyce Ann Eaton.
