Diestelkamp, Malcolm W. Dee fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Sunday, July 28, 2013. Beloved husband of Mary Ann Diestelkamp (nee Grimmer) for 61 years; dearest dad of David (Margaret) and Stephen (Mendy) Diestelkamp; loving grandpa of Jonathan (Katie) Diestelkamp, Elizabeth (Ben) Lindquist, Lauren Diestelkamp; and great-grandchild on the way; dear brother of Darlean (the late Perry) Hollandsworth and the late Charles (Lois) Diestelkamp; brother-in-law, uncle, greatuncle, cousin and friend. Mal served in the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the late 1930's and was a proud Veteran of World War II in the United States Army from 1941 to 1945. He retired from Western Electric after 36 years of service. He volunteered for over 20 years at Christian NE Hospital. Services: Visitation at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 796 Buckley Rd. (63125), Wednesday, July 31, 9 am until Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Vincent de Paul Society, appreciated.
