Holekamp, John Henry Sun., Jan. 17, 2010, age 83, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his children. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Huggins Holekamp; dear father of Richard J. (Christine) Holekamp, Thad C. (Angela) Holekamp, Lisa Holekamp (Scott) Yost, and the late Kurt A. Holekamp; beloved grandfather of Kirsty S. (Richard) Crees, Craig S. (Seyda) Holekamp, Louise S. (Kevin Stumpf) Holekamp, Andrew, Elizabeth, and Theresa Yost, Johann Holekamp, and great-grandfather of Maxwell Holekamp; son of the late Richard Ernst Holekamp and the late Marie Hermann Holekamp; brother of Jennie Holekamp (the late Carl) Burst, Edward A. Holekamp, Edith Holekamp (the late Henry) Drosten, Malcolm L. (Mary) Holekamp, and the late Louis R. Holekamp and Richard E. Dixie (the late Dorothy) Holekamp, Jr.; brother-in-law of Nancy H. (Harry) Nicoll, and Mary Jane H. (the late Lawrence) Korson; wonderful uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews; beloved cousin. John attended Webster Groves High School, Kemper Military School, and Westminster College. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and Webster Groves Masonic Lodge #84, and served in the U.S. Air Force. Services: Services to be held at a later date.
