Alex, Morris MD passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Pearl Alex. Loving father and father-in-law of Neil (Marsha) Alex, MD, Debee (Steve Keller) Alex and Judy (Andrew) Ackerman. Dear grandfather of five and great grandfather of six. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Dorothy (the late Bob) Fox. Our dear uncle and friend. Services: Funeral service Tuesday, November 8th 2:00 p.m. at Congregation B'nai Amoona, 324 S. Mason Road. Visitation Tuesday, 1:30 PM. Interment B'nai Amoona Cemetery. Dr. Alex served as a Captain in the Medical Corps during World War II. Memorial contributions preferred to the Morris Alex, MD Prize Endowment at Washington University School of Medicine, or the Alex-Magoon Fund for Family Education at Congregation B'nai Amoona.
