Thomas John Stavron

Stavron, Thomas John Sept. 20, 1951 - June 12, 2009 Beloved husband of Judy Stavron (nee Huckins); loving son of John and Carol Stavron; dear father to Jason (Missy) Stavron, Kimberly (Mike) Polito, Jeffrey and Sean Stavron; brother to John Stavron; preceded in death by brother Donald Donaldson and Richard Stavron; loving grandfather to Justin and Alexis Stavron, Brandon, Michael and Kayla Polito; friend to many. Tom was born and raised in St. Louis. He attended and graduated from Northwest High School, 1970 and entered the Navy, serving his country until 1974. He married the love of his life, Judy, worked at McDonnell Douglas/ Boeing for over 22 years, opened a bakery/deli and owned a carpet cleaning/janitorial service. Quite the entrepreneur, Tom loved to cook and spend time with his family. He loved the Fourth of July and did all of the fireworks display for family and friends. Tom will be well missed. God saw him getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around him and whispered Come with Me. Till we meet again! Services: were Mon., June 15, 10:30 a.m. at McCOY-BLOSSOM Chapel, 1304 Boone St., Troy, MO 63379 (636)528-8244. Interment Troy City Cemetery.
