LAVERICK James William
(Jack) Peacefully in hospital on
26th March, aged 88 years.
Devoted husband to Gina (née
Samuelson), only son of James and
Margaret, loving uncle, great uncle,
great great uncle, also brother-in-law to Eric and the late Jenny, George and Joyce and
friend to many.
Funeral service will be held
at Sunderland Crematorium.
Family flowers only, as a donation
box will be available after the service
for the British Heart Foundation.
