Alexander Clayton Bellamy, of Everywhere, courtesy of the United States Air Force, was born on March 2, 1998 in Gastonia, North Carolina, to Michael and Alisha Bellamy. Alex passed away at age 20 on May 12, 2018 in Starkville, Mississippi. Alexander graduated from Jefferson High School in Charles Town, WV in 2016, where he competed in his passion, football. He recently moved to Starkville, MS and began a new career as a Regional Territory Supervisor at Hallmark Cards. Alex attended West Virginia University, Brookhaven College, and planned to attend Mississippi State University.

Alexander was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Willene Tench; and great-grandfathers, Jabus Butler and Leonard Tench. He is survived by his mother and father, Mike and Alisha Bellamy as well as his sister, Kerianne all of Dallas TX; grandfathers, Timm Tench of Hammond, LA and James (Sherrie) Skinner of Campbell, TX; grandmother, Belinda Butler of Hattiesburg, MS; great-grandmother, Norma Butler of Hurley, MS; Aunt, Brandance (Cody) Dyar of Starkville; and Uncle, Tim (Samantha) Tench of Dallas, TX, as well as many many more family members and friends. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Charles Town, WV. The family invites donations in Alexander's name to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

Although we only were blessed to have Alex in our lives for a short 20 years, we are honored to have known and loved him. Alex was a kind and compassionate soul who always tried to make everyone smile with his silly antics. He will live on in our hearts forever. Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service which will take place on Saturday, May 19 at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ, 1302 Martin Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi, 39567. Also, a Candle Light Vigil will take place on Friday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 106 S Duke St, Shepherdstown, West Virginia, 25443.
