Dear Kerri and family,
There are no words that can express my sorrow over your loss of Samara. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. I so remember your little red haired girl coming to Opa-locka Elem on work days to help you in your classroom. May you find comfort knowing that her life positively impacted the lives of so many and that her spirit will live on forever.

May the sorrow that we all feel regarding your loss be an intentional reminder of how much purpose Samara brought to those around her while she was here. Her smile was infectious and lit up so many classrooms and friendships. Her heart was always so deeply focused on serving others. Her mind was so bright and made all of us better.

Words cannot express my grief over Samara's untimely passing. My fond memories of a sweet, kind, wonderful young lady will always be in my heart. Time and distance separated our friendship and we lost contact.
I wish I had seen Samara as a mature woman who was a successful educator. I'm sure she was the same wonderful person she was as a teenager.

Dear Samara's Family, my deepest sympathies for you at the passing of Samara. she was a student of mine @ Fairway Elementary, Miramar,Fl. I taught her in 1st grade, she was a bubbly, delightful student, with the big smile & her red hair......I canstill remember her after all these years......always helpful & full of
joy.She was a truly great educator, her passing will be sorely
