What a tremendous loss of a wonderful man. Dale always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he came in contact with and brightened any room simply by walking into it. Our deepest sympathies go out to the Welker family- we are sorry for your loss. We only knew Dale for a short time, but he was such a wonderful person. Everytime we would see him, he was so happy- he truly loved what he did. He will be deeply missed.

To the Welker family,
Our hearts were deeply saddened when we heard of the loss of Dale. He will always hold a special place in both our hearts. I owe my entire career to Dale for taking me under his wing and teaching me the ways to be a successful golf rep. Had it not been for the 7 years I spent with Dale, I would not be where I am today. I have only had the privilege of knowning Dale for the last six years. I truley do mean it was a privilege. He was very selfless, very kind and always had a big smile that lead right to his heart. My prayers,heart and tears are with him and his family.

My sympathies to the Welker family. Dale and I started playing golf together in 1972, worked together for 15 years at Mizuno and always had a "deal" cooking. I'll miss his enthusiasm, smile, and good nature. It was always a pleasure to be around him.

I went to high school with Dale, and remember him fondly as one of the most caring and gentle people I knew. He was a great golfer, and a very gentle spirit. God bless Jennifer and all the family -- and remember, this is not good-bye, it's "see you on the other side." Dale was definitely one of a kind.

Jennifer, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Words cannot describe how great a person Dale was to others and me.
This afternoon, I had the pleasure of sharing stories about Dale with our mutual friend, Jon DeOpsomer. Jon recalled the 1980’s when he worked with Dale’s Brother and Dale put Jon on staff with Ram Golf. All of us have great stories and memories of Dale and we will cherish them forever.

Jennifer, Jessica and Colton,
There is once again a cloud over our house and our hearts are broken. Words don't come easily at a time such as this. Thank you for sharing Dale with us. He was with us when we needed him the most. His love for Jerry and our family will always be treasured. His strength and courage will always be an inspiration.
I am comforted in knowing that the two of them are together and that he is there with Jerry. I know that they are taking care of each other and are watching over us. It is so difficult to say good bye to those we love. You know how much we adored him. Our lives have changed so much during the past three months but our memories of love and friendship will never fade.
