James Weir. I haven't thought about him for a while, then I saw your message from 2 weeks ago. Thank you for your support and nice message. He was my uncle and looks just like my dad.

judge Futch sent me to prison for 10 years in 2003 and saved my life. I wrote him a letter from prison, thanking him for taking the time to listen to me and trying to help me. judge Futch was an honorable and God-fearing man, and I wish there was someway to tell him that he was the last judge to sentence me because by the grace of God, I have turned my life around.

Barbara,
My thoughts & prayers are with you always.
As Dan's Court Clerk and friend for so many years, he taught me so much. He may have gotten mad at me in court, but I always saw that twinkle in his eyes that said to me, "don't worry, it'll be OK". I loved him dearly & will miss him so much. My happy menories of him will be with me always. I am so glad that we got to visit for the weekend last year. Just keep those special memories of the good times you shared.

Dan wasn't just my brother, he was my friend and mentor. He helped me set the course of my life by his advice and example. I loved him greatly and will miss him. Sally and I wish Barbara the best. William and Sally Futch
