We're not sure if the message we left was included so we're leaving another. Shirley was the most gracious and loving person I've met. Whenever we were nearby she invited us to stay with them (her husband, Fritz, and she). We found my husband and she had a sort of bond as they both had Cherokee ancestors. Her parting words were always, "Please love each other for us." We did, Shirley!! Dear family of this remarkable woman, no one can replace her - she was for sure a most special lady. we will miss her. If you ever need to talk or want to visit Alaska, please don't hesitate to let us know. You are all so loved!!

Shirley was a very gracious lady who, along with her husband Fritz, accepted me and my children into their lives when George beverst and I married. George was raised by fritz's family from about age 11. They were so good to him and all of us. Shirley and I were friends as well as family. You will be missed, my dear Shirley!

Psalm 90:10 says that the days of our years are 70 years, And if because of special mightiness they are 80 years.
May the memories of the wonderful times you shared together bring a smile and joy in your heart.
