It's almost a year since we've lost Bro. Patrick Ambroise and every time we think about him tears just rush into our eyes, for the simple fact that my brother and I have lost our father at an early age. Not easy...May the Lord strengthens you Roberta and show you how to raise your beautiful girls according to his will. I know he was the love of your life, therefore live for your love, take care of yourself, be healthy for when he sees you again-he will be proud to have had you as his soulmate.
Best regards and may God bless his brother whom I know is going through a lot silently.
We will always remember Patrick Ambroise

Even though I didn't know Trooper Ambroise personally this story has touched me, I'm saddened to hear this tragic news, and my heart really goes out to his two young children and his wife may God bless you all, I'm deeply considering joining the Florida Highway Patrol because it's something I've always been interested in and seeing this story makes me want it even more because Trooper Ambroise was truly dedicated, and devoted to his job, and his family.

To Patrick's Family : Patrick and I met while working at SAO. We became close friends and remained good friends even after he left the company and started working for the FHP. We have been friends for a very long time and I am devastated by his sudden death. He was a true and honest friend not only to me, but to everyone he knew. Lets keep him in our heart.
My condolences to his wife, children, mother, brothers and sisters. May the Lord bless you and keep you. Be strong in the Lord. I will keep you all in my prayers.
Sincerely,

This pain is unbearable to even those who aren't familiar wih Patrick and his family. so to you all I say continue to build up the paradise that he sang about on the 2nd album of the group Esperanza. Most importantly let us work so that we can see him again on the "D" Day of our Lord Jesus Christ, for I know Bro. Patrick is just resting readily to welcome the Master. To his Wife, I pray that God sheds extraordinary blessings upon the children and may he strengthen you.

I met Patrick when he gave me a ticket 4 months ago on the turnpike. Even though Patrick ended up giving me that ticket that day, he let me know that if i showed him proof that my sunpass was active in court he would dismiss it. I went to court and sure enough Patrick was there and he followed through on his word. He was very respectful and i could feel his dedication to his job. Unlike the other officers who were joking around before court, he kept to himself and seemed to be focused on doing his job and getting outta there. On the day that he passed i was driving down the turnpike heading south on mile 36 and noticed a cow on the side of the turnpike near the canal, i called in to report this and was told that an officer would be dispatched to the site. 2 hours later this tragic accident happend in the same area that i called in for. I was shocked to learn the next day that it was Patrick! I still cant believe it! I was very fortunate to have met Patrick Ambroise and my thoughts and prayers go out to him, his co workers and his family! May he rest in peace and forever be a hero in the hearts of everyone! :-)

I just want to say a prayer for his family and friends,as this is a hard time.Patrick was taken too soon, but is now in a better peaceful place.I am sure he is looking down on us all and wishing it did not end this way.God takes us in his own way, for reason's we may one day find out in our heart's.We at the State Atty's office missed him when he left to become a state trooper. As he crossed our paths with his silly smile,I can still hear him and the guys playing dominos in the lunch room. All we can do is remember the good times he brought to every one.

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly. In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you. You did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories. Your love is still our guide. And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. In sympathy
A rose may lose its bloom but still the fragrance lingers long,
A bird may fly away yet we can still recall its song,
so when someone who is loved departs to join the Lord above,
they'll live and laugh and be with us in memories of love
May each memory god has given you comfort you and bring you peace
