Billy Dee Hindman Obituary
Billy Dee Hindman, age 45, of Kerrville, Texas and formerly of Blackwell passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 at University Hospital in San Antonio. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Blackwell United Methodist Church with Reverend Larry McRorey, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Blackwell Cemetery with McCoy Funeral Home of Sweetwater in charge of arrangements. Billy was born May 3, 1972 in Sweetwater, Texas. He married Peggy Eoff in Kerrville and had lived there for the past twenty-two years. He was an electrician, member of the American Legion an V F W in Kerrville. Billy was a member of the Blackwell Volunteer Fire Department for many years when he lived in Blackwell. He is survived by his wife Peggy of Kerrville, sons; Billy Dexter Hindman and Bryan Dean Hindman of Kerrville, mother; Charlotte Barnes of Blackwell, sisters; Deecie Tjaden and husband Larry of Sweetwater, Traci Jordan and husband Gary of Andrews, grandfather; J.R. Thompson of Blackwell and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Billy was preceded in death by his father; Billy Don Hindman, sisters; Amber and Kelli Hindman, maternal grandparents Bill and Myrt McRorey and paternal grandmother Myrldeen Thompson. Pallbearers will be Bruce Holland, Blake Holland, Larry Kinney, Jimmy Wadington, Will Davis and Shane Steele. Honorary pallbearers will be Jody Bell and Bobbie Busby. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Blackwell Volunteer Fire Department.
