Bobby James Heller Obituary
Military graveside services for Bobby James Heller, 85, of Richland Hills, TX, took place at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at Slater's Chapel Cemetery in Nolan, performed by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. The service were officiated by Rev. Billy Oliver of Nolan. Interment followed under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home of Sweetwater.
Visitation was from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at McCoy Funeral Home, located at 401 E. Third Street in Sweetwater.
Heller died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014, at Lexington Nursing Home in Richland Hills, TX. He was born March 29, 1929, in Nolan. He married Audrey McDonald and after her death he married Roberta Heller. He worked for L.T.V. As a mechanic before retiring. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was raised in Nolan Community where he attended the Divide School. After he married he came back and worked at the Divide School in Nolan. He moved to the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area in the 1960s and lived until his death.
Survivors include his grandson, Derek Wright of Euless; granddaughter, Margie Heller of Azle; three daughters-in-law, Janie Perez of Euless and Cheryl Heller and Linda Heller, both of Azle; son, Johnny Wright of Palestine; sister, Mona Brown of Florida; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Audrey Heller and his second wife, Roberta Heller; a son, Larry Heller; and a grandson, James Walter Heller.
