Larry Miller Hearn Obituary
Larry Miller Hearn 71, of Sweetwater passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 10, 2018. A celebration of Larry's life will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 16, 2018 at McCoy Chapel of Memories with Joel P. Lane officiating. A visitation will be 9:00 A.M. until service time at McCoy Funeral Home on Friday.
Larry was born April 21, 1946 in Fort Stockton, TX to the late Estle Robert and Wanda Juanita (Miller) Hearn. He married Dianne Van Pelt on March 1, 1966 in Alpine, TX. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1966 to 1968 during the Vietnam War. Before his retirement Larry worked 45 years at Plains All American Pipeline as a Master Electrician Technician.
Larry is survived by his wife Dianne Hearn of Sweetwater; sons Larry Hearn, Jr. and wife Terry of Greenbrier, AR, Donny Hearn and wife Melissa of Andrews, TX; grandchildren Richard Boles, Lance Hearn and wife Paige, Zoe Boles, Rebecca Foster and husband Jonathan, Tom Boles, Michael Hearn, Bridgette Hearn and Tristen Hearn; lifelong friend Donny Jones of Lometa, TX; sisters Dorothy Nolen of Fort Stockton, TX, Sylvia Townsend and husband Bill of Paris, TX; brother in law Tony Van Pelt and wife Tena of Conway, AR, Johnny Van Pelt and wife Marlene of Temple, TX; sister in law Debby Williams and husband Jim of Conway, AR. Numerous other loving family members.
He was preceded in death by his son Jason Daniel Hearn and mother in law Ann Van Pelt.
