Yvette Faz Gomez Obituary
Yvette Faz Gomez, 36, of Sweetwater, TX. went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 5th, 2016 at her residence. Holy Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Holy Spirit Parish Catholic Church in Sweetwater with Father Nilo Nalugon officiating.
Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Rosary will be at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday at McCoy Chapel of Memories. McCoy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Yvette was born April 23, 1980 in San Angelo .
Yvette graduated from Sterling City High School, where she was a varsity cheerleader and was involved in band, FFA and the golf team. She attended Howard College in San Angelo and had worked for Verizon as a Customer Service Representative for many years.
She met the love of her life Jason Gomez and were married on March 17th 2007 in San Angelo and moved to Sweetwater in 2007. She was employed at the Texas National Bank. Yvette was a beautiful person with a lot of spirit and most of all, loved spending time with her children and her husband and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her husband Jason Gomez and her sons Corbin and Cayden Gomez, her daughter Clarissa Gomez all of Sweetwater, her parents Patricia Perez and Alonzo Medina of Sterling City and Jose and Yolanda Faz of San Angelo, her half sister Valarie Faz of San Angelo, step-brothers Richard Chavarria of San Antonio, Jason Chavarria of San Angelo, step-sisters Yvonne Trevino of San Angelo, Jannelle Chavarria of San Antonio, her grandmother Julia Faz of Acuna, Mexico, an uncle Lupe Perez of San Angelo, and her in-laws Jerry and Elva Delacruz, her sister in-law Xaviera Delacruz of Sweetwater and brother in-law Anthony & wife Celia Delacruz of San Antonio.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Lupe and Dolores Perez.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Gomez, Jason Chavarria, Anthony Delacruz, Ricky Castorena, Jeremy Camacho and Travis Morales.
Honorary pallbearers will be Corbin Gomez and Caden Gomez.
