Alfred Poole
Alfred (Peanut) Lewis Poole Jr. 60, passed away March 30, 2021 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born May 16, 1960 in Fort Smith to Alfred Poole Sr. and Sharon (Vann) Poole. He was in the Army. He is preceded in death by his father Alfred Poole Sr. He is survived by his mother Sharon Poole of Ft. Smith, one sister Valerie Adamson (Robert), one nephew Tyler Adamson of Fayetteville, Ar. and four Aunts Mary and Frankie Vann of Muldrow, Ok., Juanita Bell of Flint, Michigan, Dorthene Harrison of Chicago Ill. , and two uncles Charles Vann of Muldrow, and Nathaniel Vann of Flint, Michigan and a host of cousins and friends. He will be missed. Graveside Service is Friday, April 9 at 2:00 p.m. at National Cemetery in Fort Smith. Viewing is Thursday, April 8 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the chapel. (Masks are required) Arrangements by Lewis Funeral Chapel.

Peanut was our neighbor for a very long time in Muldrow. He had a precious heart, he was very respectful to our family and always willing to help when he could. My husband thought a lot of him they talked about the Bible a lot! I’m so glad we were able to know him ❤
