Larry taught me very much about sports, fire trucks and life.He took time for the neighborhood kids. Engine 13 on the west side of Syracuse. He was the neighborhood hero.

He was around 27 at that time.

Rest In Peace to a true American Hero.

Dad, you were one of a kind. You taught us much. We will miss your wit and wisdom. So, as you would say, "Here's to it, and back to it; and if you do not get around to it, you shouldn't have done it in the first place." We know you are with the Lord and we will see you again. It is not good bye, but see you later. Love, Freddie
