I was just informed of Anita's passing by chance. I heard this lady talking as i passed by and it sounded like anita was talking. I knew i had not passed anita, so i asked the lady if she was related to anita and she said "she is my sister" Then she said she passed away 3/10/13. Not only was i shocked but very sad. I knew anita for about 13 years. Anita worked for a Security Company that provided security for the Northwood Mall in Tallahassee. She always had a smile on her face and always greeted me so fondly. We got to be pretty good friends and we had a lot of serious conversations. It did not matter what the subject was. She always stood up for what she believe in, but was just as humble as could be. I loved her caring ways and which drew me to her and made me smile any and everytime i saw her. I last saw her about two weeks before she passed in Walmart. I know she is smiling down on all of us from heaven. I will forever miss her until we meet again on those Heavenly streets paved with gold. Anita then will i walk with thee. God bless and be with Anita's Family. Her work is done here. She has secured her spot in Heaven. Amen!!!

I was very fond of Anita. For many years, Anita and I would greet each other and exchange news of the day and our families as w saw each other in the halls and in the elevator of the Tallahassee Community College's Technology and Professional Programs building where Anita and I worked for years. Anita was always upbeat and cheerful, always considerate and kind. I have taught my children that cheerfulness is a virtue, especially in the face of difficulties.I know that sometimes Anita, like all of us had her disappointments and troubles but she did not burden those she encountered each day. Instead, she chose to cheer us, to greet us with a smile and a kind word. I enjoyed Anita's bright smile, dear warm voice, and good cheer. I know how proud she was when she worked to become healthier and accomplished goals in that direction. I am so sorry that she left us so soon. I am close to Anita's age and I know it is far too young to leave this beautiful earth and to leave loved ones. My heart goes out to those Anita leaves behind on this earth. I know she will be missed by many. Anita was one of a kind and a true gift to us.

Loraine/Fred:
Now, I know it was just the other day that I talked with "Nita". Ya'll, God said be ready, don't be trying to get ready. Tell the world God is on the way back. You know, He brought us here to do His will any way, so I am pushing my will aside to do His will. Will you all join me? I love you all. God bless and keep you.

I am so sadden to hear the loss of a great friend and sister in Christ. Seldom did we see each other, but when that moment presented itself, it was like we had just spoken in the recent days. This is the type of friend she was and I will certainly miss her. God's comfort to Doris and Federick for your loss of a beautiful sister.

Tip, Fred, Erica, Omega and the rest of our family members,
please accept our sincere condolences. I still cannot believe that Nita has gone on However, as they say, the one who is adored the most by God, is the one who achieves eternal life. We will miss her and we will cherish all the happy memories we had with her. Please be strong in these tough moments of your life. You know that we've all experienced the same situation. One thing I can only say is just enjoy the moments you had with Nita and the memories will last for a lifetime and ascertain that you keep living without regrets. Staying close to one another is my heartfelt and sincere prayer. Continue to look to the hills from whence cometh all of our help…Psalm 121.
We love you and we are keeping you all in constant prayer.
