James William "Bill" Ingram

James William "Bill" Ingram, age 93, went home peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on February 16, 2013 in the company of his family.

Bill was born in Reform, Alabama on February 2, 1920 to Luther Edgar, Jr., and Fannie Mae Kelly Ingram. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather , friend to many, and a long time member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

After graduation from high school Bill joined the Navy and served as a gunnery specialist on the USS Nashville during World War II. Upon discharge from the Navy, he returned to Tallahassee where he raised his family. He is survived by his wife, 4 children, 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brother, and loving caregivers at Allegro (Heritage Oaks) for the past 10 years.

His family wishes to thank Hopewell and Big Bend Hospice for all of their support, love and care.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11:00am at Culley Funeral Home on Riggins Road in Tallahassee. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Big Bend Hospice or Billy Graham Evangelistic Association - website www.billygraham.org.
