Mr. Ellis Bryant, 80 years of age, of Quincy, FL, died on Friday, November 28, 2014 in Quincy, FL. The service is 12 Noon, EST, Saturday, December 6, 2014 at St. John AME Church, of Quincy, FL with burial at Church's Cemetery, of Quincy, FL. The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m., on Friday, December 5, 2014 at Williams Funeral Home of Quincy, FL. He is survived by his wife, Mineola Bryant, of Quincy, FL, eight sons, Malcolm Bryant, Ellis Bryant, Jr., Roy Miller (Carrie). Johnny Thomas, Conayne Bryant (Lakesha), all of Quincy, FL, Harry Bryant (Wander), of Odessa, TX, Bobby Myrick (Joyce), of Ocala, FL, Bernard Bryant (Hattie), of Caryville, FL, four daughters, Carolyn Bryant, Delores Bryant, both ot Quincy, FL, Demetria Hutley-Johnson (Ronald), of Havana, FL, Patricia Myrick, of Tampa, FL, two brothers, Jonas Turner, Freddie Bryant, both of Miami, FL, two sisters, Evelyn Gurley, of Quincy, FL, Bernice Frazier, of Tampa, FL, and a host of grands and great-grands. Williams Funeral Home of Quincy, Florida in charge of arrangements.

I was shocked to hear of Mr. Bryant's homegoing. I met Mr. Bryant in 2005 when the Florida Conference merged with our Conference (Florida Conf.)
He was very active in the Lay Organization. He was a great man who always spoke his mind very clearly but he was also kind and considerate of others feelings.My husband and I are very sorry for your loss Mrs. Mineola and Family
