Florence Murphy Obituary
Florence H. Murphy of Tallahassee passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 in Tallahassee, FL.
Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, 1401 Old Bainbridge Rd with burial at Tallahassee Memory Gardens.
Wake Service will be Tuesday, April 12, at Strong & Jones Chapel from 6 to 7 P.M.
Survivors include a loving husband of 64 years, Deacon Henry Murphy Sr.; four children, Henry Murphy Jr., Andrea Murphy, Frederica Edwards (Terry) all of Tallahassee, FL and Felecia Johnson (Michael) of Clearwater, FL; one sister, Fritz Goldsmith of Piscataway, NJ; one aunt, Elizabeth Hunter of Philadelphia, PA; ten grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and a host of others relatives and friends.
