While not the closest of friends after high school, I have many beloved memories of The Chad just as so many others do. Whether it was playing ball at Meridian Park, running in the streets of Pine Tip Hills, enjoying the beautiful sandy beaches of St. Teresa, or even talking at the front steps of Leon High after class, Chad and I developed a relationship that will last forever. Though he will be dearly missed by all who knew him, we can still cherish the great times and memories that we have had the privilege of sharing with him. We will miss you buddy, rest in peace.

I didn't know Chad or your family, but am very sorry to hear about this. To read that he belonged to our Gracious and Loving Savior, who redeemed Chad before he was even born, is a beautiful thing and a hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13-14) that we, not only cling to, but find rescue in.

I'm very sorry and will be praying for your family.

I went to Leon High with Chad. We had many classes together over the years there. He was always a sweet guy, very happy, and outgoing. One thing I will never forget about him is his amazing smile. You were always greeted by a warm smile from him. It had a way of making you happy. Rest in Paradise Chad. You are with the angels now.

I have such great memories of Chad from middle and high school. I remember sitting next to each other on the school bus in 7th grade and eating pancakes at his house in high school. One day we sat in his front yard and just talked for an hour during senior year. I'll never forget how innocent and friendly he was, and I'll always remember him jogging through Pine Tip Hills. Rest easy, Chad. Sending much love to you and your family.

I never had the privilege of meeting Chad; however, his story, as written in his obituary, reflects that he totally gave his life to Christ, and that he lived in a Christian manner. It is refreshing to see a story of one's life where Christ was the forefront. Of all the accomplishments in life, being a Christian and having Christ as #1 is the most important. Chad achieved that! He lived his life on earth in Christ so that he could spend eternity with Christ in Heaven.

I am so sorry for your family's loss. Lean on Our Heavenly Father, your family, your friends, and all of those beautiful and blessed memories that you shared with Chad. All of these will help your through this difficult time.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Chad made the world a better place. One of my favorite quotes is by Ralph Waldo Emerson ~ "To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - that is to have succeeded."

God Bless You!
