Christine Gail Romig

Tallahassee - Christine Gail Romig, of Tallahassee, FL, passed away on September 20, 2018. She was 75.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Clarence "Lee" Romig, her three children, Desmond "Desi" Tatilian (Vicki), Rixena "Ricki" Sexton (Will) and Vanessa Tatilian, all of Tallahassee. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Victoria "Brooke" Tatilian, Desmond "Corbin/Des" Tatilian, Kelsey Norman (Justin), David "Tyler" Copeland, Ashley Copeland, Jasmine Jones, Aidan Tatilian, and Conner Dailey, all of Tallahassee.

Christine retired in 2008 as a Regulatory Analyst after 30 years at the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC); she was also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), who maintained a private practice as a tax accountant, even post-retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmund and Amie Allen, and her brothers, Desmond "Des" Allen and Bryce Allen, all of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018, at 11:00 am at Bevis Funeral Home, 200 John Knox Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303. The family will be receiving visitors prior to the service, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in honor of Christine's lifelong love of animals, to the Leon County Humane Society, or C.A.R.E. (Companion Animals Rescue Endeavor) of Tallahassee. Todd Wahlquist with Bevis Funeral Home (850-385-2193, www.bevisfh.com) is assisting the Romig family with their arrangements.
