William Eckhardt Obituary

ECKHARDT, William J. Sr., 79, passed away October 19, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy (Oesch); two sons, David Eckhardt (Beverly) and William Eckhardt Jr. (Violet), all of Riverview, Fla.; three daughters, Connie Sullivan (Houston), Dallas, Texas, Bonnie Meyer (William), Atlanta, Ga. and Beverly Clarke (Robert), Tampa; brother, John F. Eckhardt (Ruth), Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Wyne, Kenai, Alaska and Joy Ricks, Zephyrhills, Fla.; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2006, at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Rd., Riverview, FL 33569. He was a World War II veteran. Full military honors will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla. at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, 2006, with the Rev. Nikki Ackerman officiating.
