Clara's next-door neighbor just told me that Clara passed away. I met her only a few times, but I feel sad for those of you who knew her better and have lost her. I remember her as being nice and at peace.

Clara Spencer was far more loving than any other grandmother could've over been. My granny was there for me when I needed her the most during some down points in my life and I loved her very much. Her voice calmed me when there were family problems so severe that I doubt anyone else besides her could have, she was so gentle in words and comforting to me. She was a wonderful person and I will miss her very much and think her about often, especially during those down points in my life which will come and go and remember the comfort that only she could bring. She was loving, caring, kind, and a wonderful person that went before her time. She will be missed by many and loved by all. She was like no other granny.

I met Clare in 1965 when I moved next to her. We became very close friends and our children grew up together. Her lose has sadden my heart greatly. She was a very thoughtful and generous lady and I loved her very much. Even though we have not been close for many years now she will always be in my heart as a wonderful friend and neighbor. My heart goes out to her family, she will be greatly missed. To the family I love you all and my prayers are with you through this time of sorrow

I was devistated to read Aunt Clara's obituary in the paper this morning. I loved her like a mother and wish i had not stayed away so long. We all get busy with our own lives, and seem to let the really important things get pushed aside. My heart goes out to Tim, Michael, Kathy, Don, and the grandchildren at this time of sorrow. she was much loved and will be missed.

I did not know Clara, but my daughter Alison and her husband Juan, as well as my grandchildren, Alex and Brittany did. They thought the world of Kathi's
mom. Thank you, Clara, for bringing smiles to the faces of my loved ones. I am sure that you are doing the same thing right now to God. My prayers are with you and your family.
