69, passed away February 10, 2019. Born November 2, 1949 in St. Louis, MO, Colleen moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 1979 from Festus, MO. A beautician by occupation, Colleen enjoyed many activities through her membership with the Brandon Elks Lodge, Brandon Ladies of Elks and she also enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers games. She is survived by her beloved husband, Lou B. Valencia; her loving children, Jerry Harmon (Karen), Rick Harmon (Pam), and Felicia Ronquille (Greg); her dear brothers and sisters, Red Freeman (Nadine), Dennis Freeman (Tootie), Patricia Meyer (Fred), and Charlotte Settlemoir (Ken); and her cherished grandchildren, Jordan, Haley, Nolan, and Addison. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2019 3 pm at the Brandon Elks Lodge #2383, 800 Centennial Lodge Dr., Brandon, FL. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to .
