MARCEAU, Frances
Charlene 81, of Tampa, passed away February 8, 2019. Frances was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and Volunteer at Navy Women's Club. She is preceded in death by her husband, Karl J. Marceau. Frances is survived by her children, Robert "Bobby" Smith of Sarasota, Terrielyn Smith of Lakeland, and George Smith of Plant City; sister, Dorian Foreman; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 14, from 6-8 pm at Blount and Curry Macdill, 605 S. Macdill Ave. Tampa, FL 33609. Interment will take place privately at Sarasota National Cemetery.
