Frank Howard-Browne


HOWARD-BROWNE, Frank Mervyn Derrick, 81, of Tampa, passed away Monday, August 29, 2005. He moved from South Africa to Louisville, Ky., in 1990 and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1994. A member of The River At Tampa Bay, he was also an engineer, inventor and minister. Derrick was deeply loved and respected by his family; a man of integrity, purity and strong character, he did much good for the kingdom of God. Preceded in death by his son, Mervyn, survivors include his wife, Lorna; sons, Gil and wife Loraine, Rodney and wife Adonica, and Bazil and wife Ann; daughter-in-law, Norma Hessel; 12 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2005, at The River at Tampa Bay. Interment to follow at Garden of Memories, Tampa. STOWERS-BRANDON
